The Third Generation Semiconductor Forum will be held on October 17 – 18, 2023 in XIAMEN. It focuses on SiC, GaN industry chain prospect, the latest substrate, epitaxial, device technology and project investment, SiC, GaN crystallography technology, purification engineering and EPC, emerging compound semiconductor cutting-edge technology and applications.

Dr. Wen-chung Lee, CTO of JZLEAP, was invited to share the topic of “Link Material Science to Devices” in this meeting, which is aimed at the trend and current situation of the international third-generation semiconductor technology.
