Huawei and Changan Automobile signed a Memorandum of Investment Cooperation in Shenzhen on the 25th. After consultation, Huawei intends to establish a new company focusing on the research and development, production, sales and services of intelligent driving systems and incremental components for intelligent connected vehicles. According to the MOU, Huawei intends to integrate the core technologies and resources of its intelligent vehicle solutions business into the new company, and Changan Automobile and its affiliates will be interested in investing in the company and working with Huawei to support the future development of the company.
